• Details you enter in the listing form or the contact form, such as your name, WhatsApp number, property location, and message. The forms do not send data to this site's server. Your details are composed into a message that is only sent when you press send in WhatsApp.
• Messages you send directly via WhatsApp or email.
• Anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics), only if you accept the analytics category. This service uses no cookies and does not store full IP addresses.
• Standard technical logs recorded by the hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To answer questions about listings, arrange viewings, and follow up on listing requests.
• To understand which pages are visited most so information is easier to find (only with consent).
• To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Messages you send via WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their privacy policy. This site is hosted by Vercel. Data may also be shared where required by applicable law.

Retention and security

Conversations and listing details are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request or as required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect data against unauthorised access.
